Your diamond or jewelry purchase will be insured and shipped via USPS Express Next Day Air, free of charge, within the USA. Shipping notification will be automatically forwarded to you via email once your order has been shipped.
For the safe arrival of your package, please note the following:
- Shipments must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes);
- All deliveries will be made via USPS Express mail with insurance and will require a signature upon delivery.
- Shipments must be made to the address listed on file with your credit card company. If you prefer to have a package delivered to an alternate address for convenience or to conceal your surprise, please contact your credit card company and provide them with that address to expedite the shipping process.
Once packages are shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number via e-mail. You may click on the following link after you have received the tracking number to trace the delivery of your package or you may go to United States Postal Service
